Kalbi Tacos and Aphrodesiac Infused Valentines Dessert

My favorite site of the past month has got to be tastespotting. Every page is foodgasmic.

Above are kalbi tacos. Kalbi meat topped with kimchee and a dollop of guac. Kimchee and guac is foodgasmic individually but i question the tag team. Regardless, I'd eat a dozen of these in a single sitting. These tacos look so much better than the kimchee hotdog stand in the lower east side. Kimchee on hotdog looks infectious.


Found the recipe for this on Pinchmysalt blog. She used three of the five proven aphrodesiacs detailed in Four Weeks magazine: coffee, dark chocolate, and alcohol. It's made of Kahlua-flavored dark chocolate chunk brownies and ice cream spiked with Bailey’s. The other two unused aphrodesiacs are money and charm.

Too bad it looks like a grenade through the lens of my lactose intolerance. The most delicious grenade ever, yet still a grenade. Always remember the two person milk shake you drank during work hours at FAO Schwartz when you found out that you were lactose intolerant and the mayhem that ensued. Never forget.
