Age of Aquarius

Last Saturday, I had dinner with the Miller-Buchen family at a Turkish restaurant nearby. Luke grew about 200% since the last time I saw him at Tim's wedding. He's got a great grin and an easy-going disposition like his parents. I joked with Evan that it was due to all the residual THC. We laughed. I laughed harder.

At one point, he started squirming as I held him. It seemed as though he wanted to lay down so I cradled him in my arms. As I was watching, he started to turn his head and burrow his face into my left armpit. I was a bit shocked. Have I gotten that soft? The table was looking at me as I announced that Luke was trying to breast feed. Evan agreed. I told him that it tickles as I handed Luke back. I said that to ease a bit of the awkwardness.

And in other good news, Z called last night to say that Edmond was born. He said that he'd been holding him a lot but that it hasn't quite sunk in yet that Edmond is his. Got to make a trip out to Arkansas and check them out soon.
