Freestyle Fellowship

It's not so much that Bill Gates is scrubbing Steve Job's back at a japanese onsen. Or even their expressions. It's the monkey in the hot spring with a towel on its head. That is a great feeling.

Boston was fun and relaxing last weekend. Saturday night, I made a big platter of japchae for the first time. It seems as though many of the korean foods that I enjoy are flavored with soy sauce and sugar. Chris H. came over and we drank some wine and he started to tell tales of our college experience to my sister's friends. He brought up being written up in the security postings on a bi-weekly basis. Hadn't thought about the radio prank phone calls in a long time. Given my voice, chirpy and nasally, I can't believe people thought I was a radio DJ. I guess people will believe anything in the name of free bon jovi tickets.

We picked up Witz after dinner and went to Chris' house. He had a recording studio set up and according to recording industry parlance: "We laid a track. Straight up and down like it was six o'clock." And it was bad upon listening to it the next morning. A little too much vino and beers.

Apparently, I slept most of the night on a dog pad burrowed into the back of Chris' huge dog without a blanket. I keep imagining the gustav klimt painting.
